Q: How to totally uninstall JoomlaStats?
A: You must use JoomlaStats native uninstall option! (not Joomla CMS standard uninstallation process)
1) Uninstall JoomlaStats database (this remove all statistics):
go to: Joomla CMS backend -> Menu -> JoomlaStats -> Tools -> Uninstall -> click Uninstall icon
2) Uninstall com_joomlastats in standard Joomla CMS way:
go to: Joomla CMS backend -> Menu-> Installers -> Components -> uninstall JoomlaStats component
3) Install com_joomlastats in standard Joomla CMS way:
go to: Joomla CMS backend -> Menu-> Installers -> Install -> choose com_joomlastats_v3.x.x.zip and install it
We sorry about inconvienence with uninstall/upgrade process but Joomla CMS does not contain upgrade option.

Manual:
1) Remove all tables from database containing prefix "jstats" (eg. jos_jstats_visits)
2) Delete directory and with all content "(...)/joomla/administrator/components/com_joomlastats"
3) Delete directory and with all content "(...)/joomla/components/com_joomlastats"
4) Delete all language files "(...)/joomla/administrator/languages/*/*.com_joomlastats"
