Lately the current team has been extremely busy on other stuff. This doesn't mean that JoomlaStats is dead, but new nice features are coming at a to slow speed. In order to get back on the road we would like to handover the team leader position, to someone who's able to bring it to the next level.
Anyone who performs (or performed) a (useful) contribution can become the new team leader!

I'm happy to announce that JoomlaStats now also is available in Italian. This great translation was made by Marcello Vinci. Marcello has put hard work into his translation and translated all texts!
It's worth to mention that Marcello Vinci also adopted his translation to Joomla CMS j1.5.x style, which required his additional work.
Component v3.0.4 and all of it's successors will contain this Italian translation!
Many, many thanks!

We want to thank bosit
who made the Greek translation for JoomlaStats main component. He has
put a lot of work to adopt translation to Joomla 1.5.x format and to
translate all texts. Bosit translated the text 100%, we really appreciate this!
It's a really big deal because it's the first time in history that JoomlaStats have a Greek translation!
Currently we have 22 translations, but only half of them are adopted to Joomla 1.5 Native. Still we are looking for translators for following languages: Bulgarian (BG), Chinese (CN), Czech (CZ), Danish (DN), Hungarian (HU), Dutch (NL), Turkish (TR) and Taiwanese (TW). Texts are partially translated in those languages but without adoption they will not work in Joomla 1.5.
If you know any of those languages and want to donate or join to JoomlaStats project, you can find more info here.
We're glad to announce that bosit's Greek translation will be released with v3.0.4 and all it successors!
Many Thanks!

It is over 1500 downloads of v3.0.2 and since official release no serious bugs were reported. Additionally release was predicted by 2 weeks of pre release time, so we decided to increase stability status of version com_joomlastats_v3.0.2.zip to Beta.
You can find more about JoomlaStats release strategy here. Read more about v3.0.2 here.
Please notice that version v3.0.0 has status Production/Stable. Unfortunately both versions should not be used on servers that have SEO, SEF enabled.
