We would like to announce the release of the main component version 2.2.2 (with special thanks to atrel)
- large database support
- improved MySqli support
- and some minor bugs
This release was tested in 'Joomla 1.0.15 Native' and can be downloaded from here.
Since you probably are looking forward for the next (minor) release (version 2.3.0) we decided to build a bugfix release with only the most critical fixes. This way we can keep our efforts with developing the 2.3.0 release.
- counting non joomla pages
- status page
- adopt style to j1.0.15 and 1.5.7
- new engine
- many interface improvements

We welcome atrel as new core developer. He has been programming for years. The first objective he has set for himself is to migrate some modules from Joomla 1.0 to 1.5 Native. You might have ran into him on the forum already...

JoomlaStats user nikoad send us a handy (empty) FP7 database file. At least for macOS-X users this might be handy.
He mentioned:
"I put together an FP7 db for dealing with the 7 files that are downloaded by JoomlaStats 2.x.
It works for me, I can purge my stats every month and still have a copy of them that I can read.
The only changes one has to make to the db is to give it a meaningful name (or not) and when you import the data, to set up the location of the data for FMP.
Or, if you want you can change the entire db.
I really appreciate what all of the Joomla developers do for the community and I thought by sharing this I too can give a little something."
We have made it available within the downloads.
