In the past we've put the development on mod_jstats_visitordetails on ice.
Due to huge interest in this module, we decided to reactivate the development.
Current development version (mod_jstats_visitordetails_v3.0.0.445_dev.zip) is available on JS FTP source and it contains all features of previous versions and some more. It also has been adopted to JS v3.0.
We're still looking for a project leader who will manage this very popular extension. For details see here and contact with Atrel or RoBo of the JoomlaStats Team.

We're excited to announce that in August 2009 the number of JoomlaStats (engine + all extensions!) downloads have exceeded the magic number of 20000!
It's the first time in history that we've had such a high number of downloads!
We expect that in next few months number of downloads will even increase due to module mod_jstats_visitordetails reactivation and announcement of mod_jstats_counters and mod_jstats_visitordetails in the official Joomla Extensions Directory
This is clear indication that we are on the right track with our tool...

We just have released version 3.1.1 of mod_jstats_counters. Mainly it contain fix to problem with activation, but also it contain new feature - cache.
Thanks to Roar v3.1.1 contain new language - Norwegian!

JoomlaStats version 3.0 was released over 1 month ago. Since then no serious issues has been reported, so We decided to increase stability status of version 3.0 to beta

There is really huge number of changes in v3.0 - listing them will take a few screens, however e want to sum up the four major changes:
- new database (almost 3 times smaller, while keeping the same performance as v2.2.x)
- Joomla 1.5 Native component
- counting and sharing statistics of non-Joomla world
Please note that only modules having version 3.x are able to work with component version v3.0.

With version 2.3.0 of the main component we begin a new era for JoomlaStats (JS). We completely reworked the JoomlaStats code to make it a platform.
From now on JoomlaStats shares its statistics through JS API to the Joomla environment as well as outside the Joomla environment. Other Joomla extensions like modules, plugins or other components can easily use the data from JoomlaStats.

Turning off legacy mode in Joomla CMS 1.5 generates message "Restricted Access" on front and back site! The latest version bot_jstats_activate is v1.2 and it is Obsolete from a long time!
Please all Joomla 1.5 users, uninstall bot_jstats_activate and replace it by mod_jstats_activatte!
